SAM'S GROUP SOLD 2 HOMES FOR US 45 MILES APART. One began life as a log cabin built in 1760, was then upgraded over time. It was listed in a "flood plain" after Katrina, but clearly stood the test of time for over 250 years. Ceilings were low and a firehouse was across the street. Had over 70 showing in 6 weeks and sold for exactly Sam's estimate. The second was my parent's home that had been leased for purchase for 7 years. The buyer backed out. We made repairs and sold the home for $115,000 (80%) more than the lease purchase price originally set. It sold in 1 day above the listing price. Sam helped with financing issues as well. Have worked with a LOT of realtors. If there is a better one than Sam, I want to meet them!!
