At 61 yrs old me and my wife have bought 7 homes through out our lives. We have delta with realitors from all over. I personally have grown to dislike them equally across the board. The most cut throated people on the planet all they care about is there $ (( commission)) they will tell you anything to make a sale.....THAT'S until I met Dianne and Sam... I can truly say they were AMAZING, HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY. I will never use anyone else and will recommend them and there co. Sr. Ant to all I possibly can. Working with Danielle on the purchase of my home in Lehighton was a wonderful experience from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and truly supportive throughout the whole home buying experience. Danielle took time to answer questions explain every step clearly and make sure we felt confident and informed along the way. Her communication, attention to detail and calm guidance made a big difference, especially during such an important decision. We always felt like she had our best interest in mind and was working hard to get us to the closing table smoothly. When the time was right we also used her for the sale of our former home. Our home was on market for 3 days, multiple offers, ultimately bringing the best terms and price. She was able to walk us through so we understood our options and what best aligned with our goals. Our experience with Serhant, and specifically Elizabeth, was nothing short of incredible. It was our first time looking for a home and from the beginning we knew we were in good hands.
