FIRST I HAVE TO THANK SAM SAM DEL ROSARIO GROUP FOR ALL THEY DID TO HELP US GET OUR NEW HOUSE. I PUT OUT A SEARCH FOR REALTORS GOT A COUPLE OF CALLS. THE FIRST TIME I TALKED WITH SAL I KNEW HE WAS THE ONE I WANTED TO HELP US. LIVING IN OLD HOUSE IN NEED OF LOTS OF REPAIR.DIDNT KNOW HOW TO SELL IT AND WHAT I NEEDED TO GET A NEW PLACE. WE MEET WITH THE TEAM TO DISCUSS OUR SITUATION AND THAT IS WHEN I KNEW WE WERE IN GOOD HANDS. FIRST WE GOT A BUYER FOR OUR PLACE WHICH WENT VERY EASY. THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A NIGHTMARE. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I had moved to another city and was working with them long distance to prepare the house for the market. This team was fantastic, responsive, professional, and kind. Elizabeth Escoto, in particular, is the MVP and I owe her a debt of gratitude. This team made the process go smoothly, paying attention to detail and getting me the best offers. This is definitely an A1 team. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the only company I'll work with very happy with them. They helped us sell our mobile home, then helped us purchase our first home for our growing family. Sheyla really helped us every step of the way. We're expecting a new baby and i couldn't be happier with our three bedroom house for our toddler and new baby.

Even when there was a small hiccup during the closing process, Sam went above and beyond what I expected an agent would do. He eased a lot of our anxiousness. Overall, Sam and his team took made a complex and sometimes confusing process so easy to get through. I don't think it could have been any less stressful. SAM'S GROUP SOLD 2 HOMES FOR US 45 MILES APART. One began life as a log cabin built in 1760, was then upgraded over time. It was listed in a "flood plain" after Katrina, but clearly stood the test of time for over 250 years. Ceilings were low and a firehouse was across the street. Had over 70 showing in 6 weeks and sold for exactly Sam's estimate. The second was my parent's home that had been leased for purchase for 7 years. The buyer backed out. We made repairs and sold the home for $115,000 (80%) more than the lease purchase price originally set. It sold in 1 day above the listing price. Sam helped with financing issues as well. Have worked with a LOT of realtors. If there is a better one than Sam, I want to meet them!!
